The Indiana Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Associations has announced two different "Farm and Breeders Meetings", an opportunity for Indiana's owners, breeders, farm owners and those interested in the Indiana horse racing industry to meet, network and discuss what YOU need to be successful in this state. The first meeting is Saturday, August 21, at 1 pm in Peru.
